Считано от 12 май 2021г. в дейността на Консулска служба в Посолството на Република България в Хага се въвеждат следните промени:

При запазване на часове за ползване на консулски услуги от гражданите се изисква предоставянето на телефонен номер за обратна връзка;

Разрешава се запазването на час за ползване на консулски услуги само лично за лицето, което се обажда;

Изключения, позволяващи записване на час за друго лице, са допустими само ако обаждащият се желае запазването на час за предоставяне на консулски услуги на негов съпруг/съпруга, за непълнолетно лице – техен син/дъщеря или ако обаждащият се е официално упълномощен за запазване на час от името на друго лице, с което не са в съпружески отношения или по отношение на което не упражняват родителски права. В такива случаи при посещението си в КС Хага ползвателят на услугата следва да представи документ, удостоверяващ съответната роднинска връзка (акт за граждански брак/акт за раждане), респективно пълномощно с нотариална заверка на подписа;

При записването на часове за посещение в КС Хага консулският служител записва стриктно вида на заявената консулска услуга, като по време на посещението на гражданите в Консулската служба промени във вида на заявената услуга няма да бъдат допускани

Препоръчваме на гражданите в случай на неправомерно събиране на такси и  предоставяне на услуги от частни лица срещу заплащане от името на КС Хага на територията на Кралство Нидерландия да сигнализират своевременно компетентните нидерландски власти или да изпратят на Посолството на Република България в Хага надлежно подписани (неанонимни) писмени сигнали, подкрепени с доказателства.
